Tax Return Preparation appointment options

We understand that your time is precious to you. With that in mind, we offer 3 different ways to have your tax return prepared.

Please choose the option that works best for you.

1) Book an in-person or virtual tax return preparation appointment.  These appointments range from 1-2 hours based on the appointment type. When you are booking the appointment, you will be able to choose the type that fits your situation.

Appointments are available Monday – Friday from 5:30 pm – 10 pm, as well as Saturday’s from 9 am – 5 pm. 

2) Drop off / pick up. You may also conveniently drop off your tax information 24/7 at our office. We will confirm that we have received the paperwork. We ask that you schedule a 30-minute tax return pickup appointment for about a week after your initial dropoff.

Dropoff Instructions: Inside the front door of our office, you will find a drop box (looks like a mailbox). We require that an information sheet be completed by new clients when dropping off your tax information.

You download the information sheet (you will also find it hanging on a clipboard next to the drop box.) Take one of the large envelopes and place your documents in it. Then put in the drop box.

3) Secure electronic dropoff with Sharefile. Another excellent way to securely “drop off” your paperwork electronically is through ShareFile, via our website.

We will confirm that we have received the paperwork. Please schedule your 30-minute tax return pickup appointment about a week after you have uploaded your documents.
